We had a great time with friends! The location was perfect for exploring shops at Fleet Walk and enjoying the beautiful sea views. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend it for a fun group getaway!
The lift was quite small and tricky to use, making it difficult for everyone, especially with luggage. A bit inconvenient, but we managed.

Stunning views! Rooms were comfy and well-kept, perfect after a long day. Staff were super friendly and helpful—definitely a highlight of my stay!
But darling, the decor felt like a time machine to the 80s! And those squeaky floors? I almost auditioned for a horror film!

The views from the room were absolutely stunning. Waking up to the sight of the seaside was a highlight each morning. The location feels perfect for enjoying all that Torquay has to offer. The room itself had a cozy setup, clean and well-maintained, which made it a pleasant place to relax. Staff members treated me well, always friendly and ready to help. Breakfast had a good variety, and I appreciated that it could be customized to my liking. the bathroom ventilation was lacking, making it feel a bit stuffy at times. The lift is quite small, and I had to navigate it carefully with my bag, which added a bit of inconvenience to my stay.
